Shipping & Return Info

All of our items have a FREE SHIPPING OPTION within the contiguous United States (we will need to quote out all Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canadian orders)

We strive to ship your items as fast as humanly possible--and try to regularly beat our goal of 5 business days from your order date.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@wishrockrelaxation.com.

Cancellation

All canceled orders are subject to your cc fees (close to 3%) which are non-refundable plus a $20 processing fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and any re-consignment fees associated. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

Shipping

If you choose our free shipping option, you can expect to receive your item curbside within 7-10 business days of your item shipping--oftentimes sooner.  Our carriers will typically bring your chair to the front door for you--many of our chairs come in 2-3 boxes.

  • Oftentimes, the chair arrives fully reclined in one big box with the armrests in another box and the footrest in the last box.  Typical assembly requires attaching the armrests and the footrest.  In some cases, a pedestal for your remote.  We have many installation videos available on our site and youtube channel.  If you do decide to go with curbside delivery, expect to have help with moving the chair into your home and desired location as many of our chairs are quite heavy.
  • A dolly (or 2) will greatly assist in moving your chair to the right location in your home
  • Tip for moving your chair once it is assembled:  fully recline your chair; place dolly next to the chair and "tip" chair onto its side on the dolly.  You will then be able to roll your chair wherever you would like!

If you choose white glove delivery, there will be an additional charge of $250 (even though we may spend more than $600 for this delivery option). Your item will be delivered to your home, placed in the room of your choice exactly where you want it and set up.  All debris will also be removed.

  • Your chair will travel the bulk of its journey via LTL Freight and then transfer hands to the final mile/white glove delivery company.  Because we have to use an outside contractor for this service, your delivery time will be extended by one week.
  • You will need to notify the White Glove company how many stairs are required for the delivery into the house and location of your choice when they call you to schedule your delivery.  If you have a difficult location (several stairs with challenging turns etc), please send us pictures so that we can make sure the delivery company is prepared.
  • If they arrive and it requires a 3rd man, there will be extra charges such as an extra return trip and fee--we don't want you (or us) to have any surprises.  Please really think about if you need white glove delivery--it's a lot more challenging and expensive to add it after your order has been placed.
  • All debris (boxes) will be removed with white glove delivery. If you end up returning your item or exchanging it for something else, it will also require a white glove pickup which can be quite costly.  Please keep this in mind as the delivery company is removing your debris.

We will do everything possible to ensure that your item arrives in the same condition that it left the manufacturer. Any product damage or loss is the responsibility of the shipping company, not Wish Rock Relaxation.BEFORE you sign the shipping weigh bill, please THOROUGHLY INSPECT YOUR ITEM. Signing for receipt of a damaged product removes the liability of the shipping company and Wish Rock Relaxation. Once you accept your shipment as non-damaged, the item is yours.

***If your item looks questionable upon delivery, CALL US at 803-574-9474 (WISH) and we'll immediately get the manufacturer involved while the Shipping Agent is on-site.****

***for WHITE GLOVE DELIVERIES: You ARE responsible to fully inspect your item before releasing the delivery team. If you notice any scratches, dents, imperfections in your chair anywhere, you need to REFUSE DELIVERY and have them take the chair back. We will ship you a new chair ASAP. Otherwise, you ARE accepting this item 'as is' and it is nearly impossible to fix smaller blemishes (that don't effect the chair's operation) after the product has been accepted and received.****

30-Day Return Policy

We want this to be one of the best purchases that you've ever made!  If you don't completely love your item, we will work with you to get into the right chair OR you can simply return it within 30 days of the ship date. This applies to all of our manufacturers except for UltraComfort and our Refurbished/Open Box/Certified Pre Owned chairs. They now no longer accept any form of return or SWAP out due to buyer's remorse.  However, if your chair arrives damaged, they will replace it.

If you'd like to exchange your chair for another chair we carry, we would love to keep your business and will work to absorb all the fees to help you get into a better chair to meet your needs.

  • Item must be repackaged in its original packaging and must include all parts, hardware, controller, and accessories.  If you no longer have packaging, you will need to supply or pay for repackaging and likely a white glove pickup.
  • Applies only to orders within the continental US.  If we've shipped a chair to you in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or abroad the shipping fees were likely $800-$1200 in one direction.
  • If there are quality issues with our chair, we will work with you to get the chair repaired, replaced or exchanged for a different chair. If you refuse repair, replacement or even an upgrade, then you will be responsible for the shipping in both directions and any applicable restocking fees.

Restocking and processing fees are standard within the industry. Several of our suppliers impose fees ranging from 15%–20%. We will always be transparent if such fees apply to your order, and we will work to offset them if you choose to exchange for another chair.

We will work with you to absorb the shipping and restocking fees if you choose to switch to another chair with us.  If you end up wanting to return your item, you will be responsible for the actual cost of shipping in both directions and any applicable fees and restocking fees.

*Swapped chair orders are final sales.  (If you have exchanged one chair for another, the new chair is considered to be a final sale)

NOTE:  If you have chosen white glove delivery and then wish to return your chair, you will be responsible for all actual shipping fees incurred with your order.  Because the boxes and packing materials are removed in a white glove delivery, you will also need a white glove pickup of your item which is often much more costly.

If you refuse repair or replacement of your item, you will be responsible for all shipping fees in both directions and any fees associated.

4D+4D Dual Massage for simultaneous upper- and lower-body relief

The Aeris Duo uses two independent massage mechanisms that work simultaneously, allowing one roller system to address the upper body while the other focuses on the lower back and glutes. Advanced 4D movement adjusts depth, speed, and rhythm for a more responsive, hands-on feel. By dividing the massage between two mechanisms, the chair can provide broader coverage and work multiple areas at once instead of relying on a single roller traveling the entire track.

    SL-Track for continuous neck-to-glute coverage

The SL-Track follows the natural curve of the spine, traveling from the neck and shoulders through the lower back and beneath the seat toward the glutes. The S-shaped portion follows the spinal curve for natural positioning, while the extended L portion provides coverage beyond the lumbar area. This design helps maintain consistent roller contact across more of the body for a connected, full-back massage.

Intelligent AI Health Detection for data-guided massage personalization

Intelligent AI Health Detection evaluates wellness metrics including heart rate, microcirculation, blood oxygen, heart-rate variability (HRV), and fatigue index. The Aeris Duo uses this information to assess your current condition and help recommend an appropriate massage program. This provides another way to personalize your session beyond simply choosing a routine by preference. These readings are intended as wellness information for massage personalization, not as a substitute for professional medical testing or diagnosis.

Rocking Mode for gentle rhythmic relaxation

Rocking Mode adds a gentle back-and-forth motion to the massage experience, creating a soothing rhythm while you relax. Rather than remaining stationary throughout the session, the chair moves in a controlled rocking pattern designed to promote a calmer, more restorative feeling. It can be especially enjoyable during relaxation programs, power naps, or evening sessions when the goal is to unwind rather than receive an intensely stimulating massage.

Intelligent Body Scan for more accurate roller positioning

The Aeris Duo uses body-scanning technology to identify your proportions and important positioning points around the neck, shoulders, and spine. It then aligns the massage rollers more closely with your individual body. Because every user is built differently, this helps techniques such as kneading, tapping, and shiatsu reach more appropriate areas without requiring extensive manual adjustments each time someone uses the chair.

2-Stage Zero Gravity Recline for reduced spinal pressure and deeper relaxation

Two Zero Gravity positions let you choose the reclining angle that feels most comfortable. Zero Gravity elevates the legs while reclining the body, helping distribute weight more evenly across the chair and reducing the feeling of pressure through the lower back. This supported position can help the back muscles relax naturally against the massage rollers while enhancing the immersive feeling of air compression, heat, and full-body massage.

Full-Body Air Compression for enveloping massage across key muscle groups

The Aeris Duo uses 44 air cells to provide compression massage across multiple areas of the body, including the shoulders, arms, waist, calves, and feet. The air cells inflate and release in controlled sequences, creating broad squeezing pressure while the rollers work along the back. In the lower body, rhythmic compression can also encourage normal circulation, helping tired legs and feet feel refreshed after a session.

Extended Lumbar Heat Therapy for soothing lower-back relaxation

Targeted lumbar heating brings gentle warmth to the lower back, an area where stiffness and muscle tension commonly build. Heat can help muscles feel looser and more relaxed, allowing the roller massage to feel smoother and more comfortable. Combined with Zero Gravity positioning and the Aeris Duo’s massage mechanisms, lumbar heat provides another layer of comfort for users who particularly enjoy soothing lower-back sessions.

Waist Cooling Technology for refreshing comfort during longer sessions

Waist Cooling Technology provides a cooling sensation around the waist during your massage, offering a refreshing alternative to the warmth commonly found in massage chairs. It can be especially comfortable during longer or more active sessions and in warmer environments. Combined with targeted lumbar heat, the Aeris Duo provides contrasting temperature-based comfort features, allowing soothing warmth in the lower back while maintaining a cooler sensation around the waist.

Triple Foot & Calf Rollers for detailed lower-leg and reflexology-style relief

Dedicated foot and calf rollers provide a more active lower-body massage for areas that can feel tired after walking, standing, or exercise. Textured foot rollers stimulate the soles with reflexology-style pressure, while the calf system works around the lower legs. Combined with air compression, these mechanisms provide multiple forms of pressure rather than relying on airbags alone, creating a more detailed massage from the calves through the soles.

360° Rotating Footrest for dynamic foot and lower-leg massage

The Aeris Duo’s footrest rotates through 360 degrees in clockwise or counterclockwise directions, adding movement to the lower-body massage. Rather than keeping the feet and legs completely stationary, this rotating action creates a more dynamic sensation around the lower extremities. Combined with calf massage, foot rollers, and air compression, the rotating footrest makes the lower-body experience more active than a traditional compression-only footrest.

7” Auto Foot Rest Extension for easier leg-length adjustment

The automatic footrest extends up to 7 inches to accommodate different leg lengths and help keep the calves and feet properly positioned within their massage zones. Correct alignment helps the rollers and air compression work more comfortably around the lower body. Automatic adjustment is also convenient for households with multiple users, allowing the chair to better accommodate different proportions without requiring extensive manual repositioning.

12 Auto & 6 Manual Programs for convenient variety and customization

The Aeris Duo includes 12 automatic programs—Power Stretch, Energize, Tranquil Massage, Deep Tissue, Clear Mind, Refresh, Upper Body, Back & Spine, Lower Body, Wake Up, Power Nap, and Sleep Mode—making it easy to choose a complete session based on your goal or mood. For more control, six manual techniques—Kneading, Sync, Tapping, Rubbing, Knocking, and Shiatsu—let you customize the massage sensation. Together, these options give you the convenience of one-touch programs with the flexibility to create a more personalized massage experience.

7.5” Touchscreen Tablet for intuitive massage control

The Aeris Duo uses a 7.5-inch touchscreen controller to organize its massage programs, techniques, reclining functions, and comfort settings in an easy-to-navigate interface. The larger visual display makes it simpler to explore the chair’s many features without relying on a traditional button-heavy remote. It is especially helpful for new users learning the available programs and customization options.

Quick Controls for easy access to frequently used settings

Built-in quick controls provide convenient access to frequently used chair functions without requiring you to navigate through the touchscreen every time. This is especially helpful once you are reclined and want to make a simple adjustment during your massage. Together, the touchscreen and shortcut controls provide detailed customization when needed while keeping everyday adjustments quick and accessible.

Bluetooth Speakers for relaxing audio during your massage

Built-in Bluetooth speakers let you enjoy music, podcasts, meditation tracks, or other audio from a compatible device while you massage. Pairing relaxing audio with Zero Gravity reclining, rocking, and gentler massage programs can create a more immersive environment. Because the speakers are integrated into the chair, your audio stays close to your seating position without requiring a separate speaker system.

Wireless/USB-A Port Charging for keeping devices powered during relaxation

The Aeris Duo includes wireless charging and a USB-A charging port for keeping compatible devices powered during your massage. Wireless charging offers a convenient cable-free option for compatible phones, while USB-A provides a traditional wired connection. This is particularly useful when streaming music to the Bluetooth speakers or keeping your phone nearby during longer relaxation sessions.

Space Saver for full recline with only 2” of wall clearance

Space-saving technology allows the Aeris Duo to recline while requiring only about 2 inches of clearance from the wall. This reduces the large gap behind the chair that traditional recliners may need and makes placement easier in bedrooms, offices, and dedicated relaxation spaces. You will still need room for the chair’s full reclining footprint, but the design uses available floor space more efficiently.

    Massage Chair FAQs

    General FAQ's for Massage Chairs

Absolutely!  As long as you use it regularly.  Massage chairs can do things that massage therapists simply can’t – like put you into the weightless zero gravity position.  Also, it’s nice to have a massage available to you on-demand in your home, whenever you’d like to use it.  Massage chairs often will pay for themselves in under a year–especially if you’re someone who regularly gets massages from a therapist.

Most chairs are suitable for people from 5’ to 6’3” tall and up to 270 pounds.  We do have several models that work for much taller people that are up to 6’4” - 6’9” tall and up to 300 pounds.  We do have a few models that accommodate larger people up to 400lbs.

We recommend looking at the dimensions of your chair vs your body–if you’ve got a much longer torso, measure the height for seat from the back of the chair up to the top of the seat.  Also of consideration – how big are your feet?  Closed-toe footrests are typically good for people with a size 13 or smaller shoe; anything bigger and it’ll be snug.  Open toe footrests seem to work best for taller people with bigger feet.

The short answer is that it’s safe for you to use your chair daily.  We recommend 15-30 min sessions daily, depending on your schedule and how you feel.  The more you experience deep tissue massage, the easier it is for your body to tolerate and more used to it you become.  Massage chairs can often deliver a much deeper tissue massage than a therapist over a more sustained time period.  The technology has dramatically improved, allowing for real-time Ai sensing and adjustment to enhance the experience.  It’s a nice addition to your daily health routine.

Massage chairs work best where you will use it the most!  That being said, massage chairs tend to fit best in living rooms, bedrooms, offices, man caves, relaxation rooms or fitness rooms.

Space saver chairs require very little room behind the chair when fully reclined and are perfect for those with smaller spaces. By moving the chair forward during the recline, as little as 1” is required behind the chair.  Make sure you know your space requirements, including where you’d like to put it, how much room you need behind the chair and how big your doorways are. Space saver chairs are perfect for those with smaller spaces.  We also have several compact chairs too.

All of our massage chairs are made for use in the United States and North America and have standard 110V cords.  We recommend plugging your chair into a surge suppressor to protect it from any power surges during storms. Should you move or need to ship a chair overseas, you will be able to use a transformer to step up or step down the voltage.

The zero gravity position has become a common feature in almost all massage chairs because it removes all the pressure from your spine.  By reclining back while raising the legs to heart level, you’re able to achieve a weightless position.  Inspired originally by NASA engineers, zero gravity is now considered the “healthiest way to sit” by many chiropractors and helps to improve circulation, reduce swelling and pressure on the back and spine.

    Delivery & Set-up

Most of our massage chairs have wheels in the rear for you to easily move it to a different room or out of the way for cleaning. If you have smaller doorways, we have some other ways that will work to move your chair into another room.

One of our tricks in the industry to easily move it between rooms or into a tighter doorway is to:

Recline the chair all the way back

Place a furniture dolly next to the chair

    - Gently roll the chair on its side onto the dolly - this is best done with 2 people to ensure safe placement on the dolly

    - Roll your chair to the  new desired location

    - Gently roll back onto solid ground

We offer free curbside delivery.  Most of our chairs ship LTL freight throughout the continental US.  We strongly suggest that you request a 2-4 hr delivery window and a “courtesy call” or text when the freight company calls you to schedule your delivery.  They will not schedule your delivery with us; you will need to schedule your delivery directly with the freight company.  White Glove deliveries typically require an extra week or two as your chair will first be delivered and change hands from the long-haul carrier to the final mile white glove delivery company.  Don’t get concerned if your delivery status says ‘delivered’ for a White Glove order–that simply means that it is now in the hands of the white glove agent and you should be expecting a call

Free Curbside Delivery:  your chair is delivered on a pallet with typically 2-3 boxes.  One for the main body of the chair and the other for the footrest and side panels. Assembly is typically very fast and all tools are included in the box. The hardest and longest part will be breaking down all of the boxes for disposal / recycling. Our delivery team will call you to schedule your delivery.

    • Pro Tip:  we highly encourage you to give your delivery team some snacks / beverages. Sometimes a small tip. If you’re kind, they may bring it into your home, though they are not required to with a curbside delivery

White Glove Delivery:  we recommend this if you are bringing your chair up or down stairs as these are typically very heavy chairs (sometimes over 300lbs).  There is an extra fee ($250 + depending on the chair/manufacturer) involved and extra time also required.

We recommend white glove delivery if you are bringing your chair up or down stairs. These are often very heavy chairs that do sometimes require light assembly.  If you cannot find help or manage moving the chair into your home by yourself and desired room of choice, we do recommend white glove delivery.

Occasions where White Glove would be necessary:

    • - Placing the chair up or down stairs
    • - Physical impairment making moving the chair into your home and/or light assembly impossible
    • - You prefer having it all done for you hassle free and don’t mind the extra week or so in delivery time.

With White Glove Delivery, our team will bring your chair into your home, place it exactly where you’d like it and assemble it.  Then, they will remove the debris making it a very easy, hassle-free process.

    Notes:

    • - White Glove delivery does take a bit longer. Your chair will be ship LTL for the long haul of its journey and then change hands to the final mile white glove agent.

    • - When you receive your tracking, it may show your chair as being delivered.  Don’t be worried!  This just means that your chair has been delivered to the final mile / white glove agent.

    • - Once the white glove team has your chair, they will call you to schedule your delivery.
    • Pro Tip: you can call them once the chair is delivered to expedite / get ahead of the delivery process. They will not deliver your chair without a scheduled appointment.

    • - White glove fees are non-refundable. If for some reason you decide not to keep your chair, you will be responsible for boxing your chair back up and/or paying for a white glove pick up which can be pretty expensive.  If you’re not sure about the chair, we recommend keeping the boxing material to make it an easier and less expensive process.

Some of our massage chairs arrive fully assembled.  Most of our chairs require some light assembly.  All tools are included.  Assembly should be intuitive and take 20-30 min.  It is often helpful to have 2 people for the assembly as one can balance while the other makes the connections.

Assembly typically entails putting on the side panels and the footrest.

    • - Side Panels:  connect the airhose and electric securely. Next you will need to attach the side panel onto the base of the chair–usually with a bolt system.

    • - Footrest:  securely connect the airhouse and electric; position and connect the male/female cotter pin attachment; zip up the enclosure

    • - Plug in your chair and enjoy.

    Health & Safety

Massage chairs have been known to dramatically improve people’s sleep, are fantastic for relieving stress, muscle tightness/tension and pain.  Here’s a short list of some of the health benefits:

    • - Relieve pain and loosen muscles in the back, neck and shoulders.
    • - Improve blood circulation

    • - Reduce stress, anxiety and cortisol levels
    • - Improve your sleep
    • - Shorten your recovery time after workouts
    • - Improve your posture over time

Yes! Many chairs are beneficial for both conditions.

    • - Sciatica:  gentle stretching and glute massage from either an SL track or dual track chair can help to ease nerve pressure and pain.

    • - Neuropathy:  gentle kneading and compression will improve circulation and bloodflow to nourish damaged nerves and reduce numbness or tingling; airbag compression and foot rollers can provide a reflexology massage to stimulate sensory nerves; heat and gentle massage can ease the burning or aching sensations and overall reduced muscle tension.

The short answer – yes! Let your body be the guide. If something feels too intense or hurts, back off on the intensity. It will be critical to make sure that you have a chair that allows you to easily adjust the intensity, duration and style of your massage.  You may find that during this time you prefer a gentler experience.  Most of our 3D and 4D chairs are very adjustable.  Also, the manual mode will be very beneficial so that you can directly control the position and intensity of the roller to get targeted relief.  Be sure to consult your doctor before using if you have medical concerns.

Yes–with the right model.  Many of our chairs are senior-friendly with gentle programs and the ability to control the intensity, width and speed of the roller mechanisms.  Remotes have become far more intuitive with the better models that have touchscreen tablets, Ai to directly sense your body and adjust the intensity of the program to suit your immediate needs.  A robust manual mode will also help you to pinpoint exactly the right massage for your needs on any given day.  People with pacemakers, recent surgeries or spinal issues should consult their doctor before use.
