We offer a wide variety of premium infrared saunas, including far infrared (FIR), full-spectrum infrared, and low EMF/ELF models and even some no-EMF models. Each type delivers a unique level of heat penetration and therapeutic benefit, allowing you to choose the best fit for your wellness goals.  We also offer indoor and outdoor saunas.

Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air around you, infrared saunas use invisible light waves to warm your body directly at a cellular level, essentially heating you from the inside out. This results in a deeper, more detoxifying sweat at lower temperatures, making them more comfortable and accessible for regular use. Hybrid saunas use both traditional and infrared heating elements.

• - Traditional Sauna:  uses external heaters – usually electric or wood burning / rocks – to heat the air to a much higher temperature.  Temperatures can reach up to 200°F and can be humid or dry depending on if water is added to the rocks.  The warmer temperatures allow the body to sweat extensively releasing toxins from the body and improving circulation.  No EMF output.  Can take a lot longer to heat up.
• - Infrared Sauna:  uses an infrared light to penetrate deeply into your skin in order to heat your body directly instead of the air around you.  Because of this, temperatures are much lower, often between 100°F - 150°F. You will experience more of a dry heat with an infrared sauna. Similar health benefits including:  relaxation and stress relief, improved circulation, pain relief and detoxification.
• - Hybrid Sauna:  uses both traditional and infrared heating elements allowing you to easily use both simultaneously or switch between modes. These caen reach a wide range of temperatures depending on the mode and can be dry or more humid.

You’ll need to think about how many people you’d ideally need to fit inside it at any given time, the space that you’d like to put it in and which type would benefit you the most.  Here are more details of what you should consider:

• - Location:  are you looking for an indoor or an outdoor sauna? Indoors saunas cannot be placed outdoors.  Be sure you measure and know the electrical requirements for your new sauna and pick one that meets your needs and fits your space.
• - Capacity:  how many people do you need your sauna to accommodate at once? We carry from 1-6 person saunas and can also custom-make a sauna to meet your unique requirements.
• - Type:  we carry infrared, traditional or hybrid options.  Please check out the info above to decide which would be most beneficial for your needs.
• - Full Spectrum or Standard Infrared:  our standard infrared saunas typically only offer far infrared waves while our full spectrum offer near, mid and far infrared light.  Each has its own unique health needs to consider.
• - EMF:  our infared saunas do offgas a small amount of EMF which can be linked to headaches, fatigue and sleep disturbances.  

Our saunas range in size from 1-person compact models to 6-person family-sized units. Full-spectrum saunas use all 3 types of infrared light:  near, mid and far infrared.  

• Near infrared: Targets skin and surface tissue, potentially promoting collagen production and wound healing. Closest to visible light with shorter wavelengths of .7-1.4micrometers.
• - Benefits: skin health, wound healing, collagen production and reducing inflammation 

• Mid infrared: Penetrates deeper into muscles and joints, potentially relieving pain and improving circulation.  Typically 1.4-3 micrometers.
• - Benefits:  pain relief, inflammation reduction, improved circulation and muscle relaxation. 

• Far infrared: Warms the body directly and is associated with relaxation, detoxification, and cardiovascular benefits. Typically 3-1000 micrometers.

We offer free curbside delivery throughout the continental US. Our saunas are shipped on a pallet and inside a crated box for safe transit.  All of our saunas are not only visually inspected before shipment, but also fully assembled and then repacked to ensure that all parts are in place and everything is correct. Most of our saunas arrive in modular panels for easy assembly.     

• Free Curbside Delivery:  our delivery team will call you to schedule your delivery once it’s received by the destination terminal.  There will be assembly required that is very straightforward and easy to figure out.

Pro Tip:   We strongly suggest that you request a 2-4 hr delivery window and a “courtesy call” or text when the freight company calls you to schedule your delivery.  They will not schedule your delivery with us; you will need to schedule your delivery directly with the freight company.  

Most of our saunas are plug-and-play and only require a standard US 120V household outlet. Larger or full-spectrum models may require a dedicated 20-amp circuit or dedicated 240V wiring which would require professional installation and at least an electrician. Please be sure to check all requirements before purchasing.

No plumbing is needed—just a dry, level surface and nearby power source.

All of our saunas are designed to be an easier installation come with detailed instructions.  They have all been put together once and QA inspected just before shipment to ensure that all components and parts are correctly in the box.  Our saunas are designed to be user friendly often with snap together components that do not require outside tools or contractors. We recommend having a second person available and to expect anywhere from 1-2 hours for your installation depending on the size and complexity of your sauna.

We do not regularly offer a white glove delivery option.  We recommend using thumbtack as well as the Nextdoor app to find a reputable handyman or electrician where applicable if you need assistance with setup and installation.

We carry space-saving corner saunas and 1 and 2-person vertical models perfect for small homes, apartments, or offices. Our team can help you choose a model based on your available square footage and ceiling height.
