All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and any re-consignment fees associated. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
After receipt of your item, you have a 30 day return window.
Because all of our suppliers offer different return policies, we will handle your returns on a case-by-case basis. That being said, you have 30 days with which to return your item. Typically, our suppliers offer returns within the first 30 days and a 15% restocking fee (Human Touch, Cozzia (Svago, JP Medics, HoMedics) and UltraComfort) while some offer higher restocking fees -- all Johnson Brands (Synca, Johnson and Inner Balance Wellness) 20% and FFL Brands (OHCO, Panasonic, D.Core, Positive Posture) 30%. You will also be responsible for shipping in both directions back to the supplier. Since we have paid to ship the item to you (even though you have received free shipping), you will need to pay the shipping in both directions.
In some cases, if you choose to go with a different chair from Wish Rock Relaxation, we will be able to help with some of the fees and shipping costs. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible customer service and we will do our best to help however we can and to absorb as much of the fees as possible if you swap to a different chair that we carry.
We will do everything possible to ensure that your item arrives in the same condition that it left the manufacturer. Any product damage or loss is the responsibility of the shipping company, not Wish Rock Relaxation.
BEFORE you sign the shipping weigh bill, please THOROUGHLY INSPECT YOUR ITEM. Signing for receipt of a damaged product removes the liability of the shipping company and Wish Rock. Once you accept your shipment as non-damaged, then the item is yours.
